My workflow is solution-oriented, pragmatic and detail oriented, and I see myself as a sincere and reliable guy, who approaches his tasks with emphaty and diligence.
My strengths are within concept development, product development, user experience, user interface design, branding and graphic design. I have acquired valuable knowledge about these areas through my working experience and education. In particular, I have made it a virtue to focus on the end-user and to take great ownership of the product. I see myself as a strong player in a team, as I understand and am aware of many different scenario outcomes, the user’s needs as well as the client’s wishes. That insight and knowledge are needed in order to secure a solid product.
I could tell a lot more about how I work, but I think you should rather read what other people say about me.

I started my journey within this work field when I moved to Copenhagen to begin my studies at Copenhagen School of Design & Technology (KEA). In 2011, I started my AP in Multimedia Design & Communication – specializing in Digital Aesthetics. As part of the education, I had a period as a multimedia design intern at the agency Republica. That period earned me a brief stint as a freelance graphic designer at the agency in 2013 before I started my next study period.
Later that year, I co-founded the company Blanc with my fellow student buddy, Marc Keene. We wanted to have a study relevant student job and decided to make our own. Mainly developing visual identities and web design, we continued to keep Blanc running throughout my time at KEA.
I ended my studies at the start of 2015, when I finished my Top-Up BA in E-Concept Development (now Digital Concept Development) also at KEA. At this course, I specialized in Design, Communications and Media Technology. Again, I had a period as an intern as a part of the education. This time it was as UX/UI Designer & Developer at the startup company eye4talent. I spend around a year with the company, ending up using it as inspiration for my BA thesis as well. The thesis ended up landing me top marks for the final exams.
From June 2015 to August 2017, I worked with the company Socialsquare (now merged with Reload) as an Advisor & Developer within UX/UI, Product & Concept Development while producing a lot of the content in my portfolio.
Starting October 2017, I was hired as a Digital UX Specialist by my current employer Velliv (back then it was called Nordea Life & Pension). Here I work with user involvement, product development, UX & UI design and branding.
I’m born in 1991 and live in Brønshøj, Copenhagen with my wife Jannie, my son Theodor, and my daughter Vilma.
I grew up in a small town on Fyn called Gudme and moved to Copenhagen to study when I was 20 years old. Here, six years later, I’m settled down with a house and family.
I’m a big fan of sports – especially cycling, motorsport, and football. From the age of 9 to 16, I was an amateur cyclist winning the Danish Championships three times on the track. Nowadays, I run to keep in shape and only manage to take a bike ride once in a while. I’ve let on the legacy of winning titles to my cousin Simon Andreassen who participated in the Olympic Games in Rio.
Even in my spare time, I like to fool around with UI and graphic design. I find it relaxing to browse for the latest trends within UX, UI and especially logo design. Furthermore, I’m very fond of electronic music and used to be a DJ back in the days. I often use Soundcloud to find music that is great to work to. Last but not least, I’m a big F1 fan. You can ask me about anything about the sport, and I follow it closely.
